Service Discontinues for QuickBooks 2005, etc.

Effective May 31, 2008, in accordance with their QuickBooks Service Discontinuation Plan, Intuit will discontinue live support and add-on service(s) available for some software products, specifically

Intuit's practice is to support the most current version of QuickBooks, plus the prior two versions.

If you choose not to upgrade to QuickBooks 2008, your product will continue to work. However, after May 31, 2008, you will no longer have access to live technical support or some business services.
